Chaplain Liz, Founder and Director of SCSM and her husband Arvid
visited Dahaka, Bangladesh in November. It was life changing as Chaplain Liz had
the opportunity, using an interpreter, to train Bangli Pastors. The response to
her training was very positive as pastors in this country never were trained on
how to deal with grief. She has been asked to return in the future to do further
training on this subject. They also had the opportunity to visit and deliver
backpacks to girls, ages 7-10 years old at "Uttam's place" and to visit and
bring gifts to the children at the "Home of Hope," children's Home. At "Uttam's
place" and at the "Home of Hope" children are experiencing God and hope for
their future. As you can see from the photographs, the country of Bangladesh has
many needs. Is God speaking to you today to sponsor a child or prayer warrior
for these children? Contact us at our office at 540-349-5814
